Hot Desks

Call it the ‘ready-when-you-are’ membership. It’s the most flexible option if you’re dropping by intermittently, making a game-time early morning decision, or in between a cramped house and a noisy coffee shop. Work at the communal harvest tables and take calls in one of our two Superman phone booths. Take ten in the shared kitchen, lounge, or rooftop patio and get to know our community. Meeting rooms are available by the hour.

Day Offices

Ditch the Zoom calls for the day and meet IRL in one of our private offices. With offices for up to 5 people, meet with a cup of coffee to tackle your next big project or shake up your work week. Suitable for 1 or a small team, our day offices are perfect to boost productivity. Invite your bff to spend the day working together or book the space to get in the zone. Whatever your reason, we’ve got just the space for you.

About Acme Works

Acme Works became a glint in the eye of founder Christine Andrews in the summer of 2012. After business planning and renovations, Acme opened for business in April of 2013.

Everyone’s welcome at Acme. Our community is made up of AI experts, creatives, developers, designers, lawyers, accountants, PI’s, writers, directors, logistics experts, non-profits, music producers and everything in between.  But our community is so much more than just the things our members are working on.

We’re big on mutual respect. We don’t mind quick, quiet calls at your desk. For your convenience, we have first-come-first-served phone booths available for extended calls. Meeting rooms and day offices are available by the hour so you can keep your trade secrets, well, secret. If you’re business requires lots of calls (and secrets) you might prefer a private office.

About Membership

Yes, please! We’d love to meet you and introduce you to the space. Make a day of it, sit at one of our desks, stretch your legs, and see how we fit. Book a tour and stay the day (or forever!)

We are so not clingy. Though we’d love for you to stay forever, we’re as flexible as you need. Private desks and shared tables are available on a month-to-month basis and private offices require a 6-month commitment. Whether you need something for the day, month, or life, we’ve got something for you!

Not to blow our own trumpet but we are hands down the best coworking space in Toronto! Why? Not only do we offer everything you need to get your work done but we know that all work and no play makes Pat a dull human. We make sure we offer you the opportunity to support the whole you — rooftop patio, dogs, ping pong, pool, community breakfasts and pot-luck lunches, movie and games nights, speaker series, gatherings galore — well, you get the idea.
